Behind the Screen Since the ’90s
I started game mastering in middle school. A friend’s dad had shelves full of OD&D and AD&D books he let us read and use, and I bought a Forgotten Realms campaign setting box and never looked back.
After high school I enlisted in the military and stepped away from the table for a while. I came back through D&D 5th edition at local Adventurers League meetups. Still on active duty, I needed a way to keep playing through training exercises and deployments — that’s when I found Fantasy Grounds, and it rekindled my love for the hobby I grew up with.
Today I run games professionally on StartPlaying, where I’ve hosted 137+ games over five years with a 5.0 rating. My mission is simple: give every player a seamless, cinematic roleplaying experience, every single session.
Giving Back to the Community
I volunteer my time teaching Fantasy Grounds to new players and build community conversions for the platform, including Esper Genesis and Dune 2d20.
